I got call from consultancy about job opening and than company HR called me, Company's HR didnt even asked about technical exprience an expectation, i guess she know nothing about software development or hiring ethics about software company.

He started with bad attitude, He is just there to be done with it.
it only took 5 mins, I felt that he is forced to do it and he won't complete the process with me anyway.

Test was taken which included c snipet codes and they asked to write down some codes on c.
The test was taken on paper we have to answer the questions with specific reasons.(theorotical paper).
