Fairly quick, just wanted to know if you can handle upset guests and if you can work in a stressful environment. The rest you learn as time goes on in the precinct.
Basic questions. Primarily personality-based or customer service-based. Very few technical questions, just more focused on qualification or past experience. went over my resume and my future goals and started talking about availablity during weeknds and holidays so super basic. Just make sure to bring a physical copy of your resume for the interview,

Very easy and relaxed process. They sat me down at a table with two hiring managers and asked me a bunch of questions from their pre-determined sheet. I was offered the job but declined because I’m in college and they wanted me to work 40hrs minimum. They told me they were severely understaffed
