As all Marriott careers/job interviews go, the Gaylord follows the S.T.A.R. format process and prides themselves on it. This is abbreviated for-- "Situation, Task, Action, Result". Interviewed by "Front Desk Supervisor" who was impressed and introduced me to the manager. Spoke with the manager who said "we will let you know when you can start" but was found to be lying after a follow-up call.
