Very weird paced. Moves fast at times then insanely slow sometimes. They claim to give feedback but did not give any. Their recruiter reached out to me, followed by a quick third party technical assessment, call with one of the team leads, silence for 1 month and then suddenly a superday with 5 interviews which was too coding heavy for a DeFi role.

Strange process. On paper, I have exactly the qualifications they're looking for from the job posting. I did an intro call with a recruiter - very standard info about me and about the company. No red flags or anything that seemed like a deal breaker. A few days later, they terminated the interview process - before doing any assessment interviews. I can understand dinging a candidate that screws up the technical interview process, or where's a mismatch on things like location, comp, title, etc. However, this was a ding of a candidate with (at least on paper) exactly the qualifications they're looking for, without any assessment interviews, and before any discussions around things like team-match, comp, title, etc. A bit later - the company still has that some job posted on their web site. My *guess* is that they're cutting back on their hiring plans but leaving the posting up to appear as if they're growing.
