This is Kaylee, Gather’s Talent Lead. First, thank you for your interest in joining Gather’s team. As we grow, we continue to be grateful when folks share excitement about what we’re doing in the event management space. The day of our interview, I’m not sure what happened and why the assessment wasn’t sent in a more timely manner. Regardless, we should have sent it within the hour like we said or communicated a more realistic timeline. Thank you for following up! We also do not require a 24-hour turn around for the assessment and apologize if you felt pressure to complete it that quickly.
Timely communication can be a tricky thing to balance throughout the interview process - especially when we aren’t moving forward with a candidate. This time around we didn’t measure up to our usual standards, and we apologize for that.
Thank you again for your time and effort during this process. This year is the first year we have had a true recruiting team and are constantly striving to develop and improve our candidate experience.
