I applied via zip recruiter because I read their description for the position. It seemed like admin assistant which I have experience in. They called and left a voicemail, I returned it and had an appointment scheduled. Before I went the next day, I called back immediately to check the hourly pay rate they offer. As soon as they mentioned no hourly pay, instant turn off. Didn't waste my time the next day. I also got a text and told them no. They got a negative attitude.
