The interview and hiring process is very long. You must attend a group interview that includes and overview of the company, tour of the facility as well as the actual interview itself. If you make it through that, you must go take a physical, drug test. After you pass that, then they send you to a physical assessment test. The whole process to get on there takes approx 3 weeks.
