Whole interview process was very quick, ended within 2 weeks. First interview has been done online with a recruiter and a manager. Second interview has been done with hr manager and factory manager. During the second interview i have solved a case with 2 different problems and then present it to them. The case was about improving a production line efficiency and a problem line operators faced with, had to solve these within 30 minutes.

The process had two stages after a short phone call. First one was with the hiring manager and second one was with the senior manager. First interview was more technically.

The interview was Panel Interview which is typical for automotive manufacturers when they hire professionals. The questions in the interview were about skills, ability, flexibility to perform any type of work and my hobbies.
