Applied online and was called a day later to be brought in for an interview. Interview was very short and was offered a job on the spot. No previous sales experience required. They will pretty much hire anyone with a pulse.

Thirty minute general interview covering experience in hospitality/tour etc, at the time there were no behavioral questions. The interview was followed by a tour around the facility to familiarize department location/office layout. Very casual overall.
