Easy interview in friendly environment. Group of 3 people interviewed including PM Supervisor. Too much focused on company mission statement. Paid for lodging and not travelling expenses. Interview was about an hour with lot of behavioral questions. Any experience on horizontal directional drilling.

I started by applying through the company website and proceeded to have two video interviews. The first was with the HR rep and then the second with the hiring manager and HR.
