As a new grad, the process was generally to go to their open house after the Career fair and then schedule an interview there. From there it was a quick 45 minute discussion based on my resume with questions geared more towards only my resume. Overall though they don't respond to emails and the general vibe that other grads (myself included) is that they don't really care about you because they have 20 other people who want the same job you're applying for.
