Overall it was a decent interview experience: the interviewers were extra nice and they took genuine interest in my past work experience. Their science and process look interesting to me. One thing I was a little bit concerned is that one of the scheduled interviewers didn't show up, so another person filled in and was wearing lab coat, looking busy and maybe a little burnout. And they didn't send me a rejection letter in the end and I had to email their HR for followup.
