J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (San Francisco, CA) en juil. 2024
Entretien
Met with a recruiter for screening, then met with that same recruiter for a "traits" interview. I am still in the interview process but I think I have two or so more manager interviews.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Go through a recent discovery call and sales process with a customer.
Who was the initial person you were in contact with from that team?
Before your meeting with that person, what was your relationship with that organization?
What research did you have to do before the meeting?
What was your goal for that first meeting?
How did you provide a solution for them?
How would your clients describe you?
What do you look for in a manager - What works well and what doesn’t?
How would you define success - Like in a sales role?
Metrics over last 4 years and where I stacked? President’s club?
What is making you want to leave your current organization (Answered my why gartner?)
What sets you apart from some of your peers?
What career accomplishment are you most proud of?
What motivates you?
How would you define your selling style?
What do you do for ongoing learning?
I found the interviewer helpful throughout the process as she provided feedback throughout. However, when it came to scheduling the third round, she went radio silent. It was only until I met with another recruiter for a different position who informed me he saw that I was no longer being considered for the role.
