First phone interview, talk with a human resources manager dedicated to hiring university students from London. Very friendly and very detailed questions. Further interviews with hiring managers, assessment centers and case studies are required.

4 stage process which progressed from a brief chat with the campus recruiter to a panel interview with director/associate directors. First 3 stages placed large emphasis on behavioural/experience based questions. The interviewers were specifically looking for key competencies which you were told about prior to the interviews. The 4th interview consisted of a mini case study and competency questions. A recruiter helped explain and prepare you for each interview (excluding the initial call).
