The recruiting team went above and beyond to make sure I met with all the stakeholders, so I would have an in-depth understanding about the role I was being considered for. Once I was given an offer, they conducted a background check (which was to be expected). I was extremely impressed with the job description (given at the beginning of the process) and the detailed information about how to be successful in the role.
