Between the recruiters, leadership and on site staff I went through 7 interviews including a 4 hour onsite interview. The interviews were redundant and there was an extremely broad job description but not consistency or clarity about the role throughout the process. There were some questionable conversations about DEI that it was apparent this was a newer mission for the institute.
