They are a total waste of time. The interview process dragged on for weeks. There was barely any communication from anyone at the company. They finally decided that I was not a fit after 1+ months. It just feels like I was overqualified given the backgrounds of all of the other people that I have spoken to. It is a shame that they would not want to hire anyone because of that.

A recruiter reached out to me to ask if I was interested. Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter on a Monday. The recruiter advised me that (potential) next steps would be a conversation with the hiring manager, and that he would give me an update by the end of the week either way on if my interview would move forward. I received no communication for > a week, so the following Wednesday I followed up to thank him again for his time and ask if he had any updates. Got no response. After a few more weeks I received an automated rejection email. I figured I wouldn't be moving forward when I didn't hear back, but just a quick response would've been nice. I guess I'm glad I didn't move further; it's nice when company employees demonstrate their crappy culture up front. I've interviewed a lot of places and every recruiter I've worked with has been extremely polite and responsive, even for highly competitive positions. To solicit me for a position, take my time for a call, and then completely stop responding is pretty insulting. I'd recommend experienced candidates steer clear of interviews with this company if you value your time and self-respect.
