J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Garmin (Olathe, KS) en août 2019
Entretien
Standard 3 Interview process.
1. HR reaches out and chats about your interest in the position.
2. A Team Lead/Hiring Manager will contact you with a brief semi-technical phone call.
3. You'll be invited for an on-site interview, which consists of a basic technical exam and discussion about previous work.
I interviewed with three teams, and each team member was very friendly and personable.
A really nice change from the "grilling" I've experience with other tech companies.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic MOSFET and BJT circuit analysis.
DC & AC Op-Amp analysis and stability criteria.
Basic DAC and Filter design questions.
The phone screen was pretty chill. They asked a lot about my resume and past work/internship experiences. It was mostly very behavioral, only a few questions were asked about basic technical understanding.
