Not too bad. Pretty easy going process. Great people to interview with. Love the process. Asked pretty good interview questions. The questions were not too bad to answer. Would definitely interview with the company again.

Entretien
In mid December I had applied for the role online. In late December I had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then about a week later an HR representative contacted me to schedule an on-site interview. This interview was held with the locations team lead, as well as another team lead from Kansas , and the recruiter joining in remotely. The recruiter explained the benefit package and allowed for any questions. Then the locations team lead asked some general interview questions for about a half hour before the other team lead joined in to ask his own set of questions. Most questions were to get to know me, my experience and any technical or related skills I may have for the position.
I followed up with the recruiter about a week after my interview with no reply, I assumed I did not get the position. Then about a week ago I received a call from the recruiter extending a job offer to me, and then was able to set up my background and drug screening. My start date is the end of February.

Entretien
A phone interview followed by an in person interview with at least 2 people from the office and an HR representative virtually. They mostly asked if I was familiar with their products and common questions about customer service interactions.
