I applied online and was called the next day to set up an interview. If you apply online you have to show up early and fill out a paper application. Bring your resume to help you fill that out. Also, know all the addresses you've lived at for the past 10 years and be prepared with references to give if they ask. I interviewed with the office manger, store manager, and finally an individual from corporate headquarters. The first two interviews took place on the sales floor at the dining room tables and the last was in the store managers office. From there I waited two-days and was sent an email by HR to take a drug test.
