I applied through Indeed last month. I received a call and a text message a few days later from a recruiter to set up a time to conduct a phone screen. After I spoke to the recruiter, a video interview was set up the following week with 3 individuals from the company. I was also told that this would be a one and done interview process before receiving an offer. When I logged into the interview, only one person was present. We had a decent interview and then I assumed that I would still need to meet with the two people that were not present, but my interviewer assured me that no further interviews would need to be scheduled and that a decision was going to be made regarding the position that same day. I really thought based on that interview that I would be chosen for the role. Days pass and I try to get a hold of my recruiter for an update. The following week, I received a rejection email from the recruiter saying a different candidate was chosen. Later that week, I received a phone call from my interviewer asking if I was still interested in the position and he was genuinely surprised that I was sent a rejection email. He said he would get in touch with the recruiter and to expect a call back that same day. I heard nothing. The following week, I sent yet another follow up email to my recruiter because I saw that the job had been reposted on Indeed. A second interview was then scheduled and I met with 3 people. They said a decision would be made *very* soon. I heard nothing from anyone after that interview. Today, almost a week from that second interview, and the job has been reposted so I can only assume that I wasn't chosen. This was the worst candidate experience! I would not recommend applying for any HR positions at GardaWorld Security.
