Try are very disorganized and do not ask appropriate questions for a current employee. They interview lots of ppl but they already know prior who they are going to hire anyhow so why interview. If you are part of their "click" then you won't get hired as a manager and will get picked on.

Entretien
J'ai été contacté par un sous contrateur pour un poste de manager IT. L'entretien à distance pour ce poste s'est déroulé de manière fluide et professionnelle. Les questions ciblées ont exploré mes compétences en gestion de projets et ma vision stratégique.
You’ll have 2 interviews. One with an Operations Manager then another with the Terminal Manager and General Manager. They’ll ask about your history with the company and any problem areas you may have.
