During the interview over the phone the manager asked me the following: - Tell me about your experiences - What makes you an ideal candidate? - Our store is very busy and it's fast paced...how do you manage what tasks to work on? (I shared an example of my previous retail experience of black Friday sale and the importance of communication with co-workers and taking imitative) - Tell me one of your strengths - Why are you interested in working with us? (I talked about eco-friendly initiates of gap, their charity work, "that my family and I shop there", good customer service. - Availability It was a total of 5 questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
