J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap (New York, NY) en juin 2012
Entretien
I applied online via gap.com on a Friday, they called me the next day and asked if I could come in for a interview the following Thursday. The girl who called me was very nice and actually gave me advice like come in dressed business casual and to smile. I went in and was a bit nervous since this was my first retail job interview. I met with the hiring manager and she was very nice and easy to speak to. She just asked about my previous work experience, what customer service meant to me, and if I felt comfortable selling gap cards. Once I answered these questions she asked about my availability and said that they needed to do a background check and once I passed she would contact me and schedule me for orientation. The interview was literally five minutes and went by fast and was very easy. She contacted me the very next day to let me know I passed and that orientation was the next week.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
