Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gap en août 2011
Entretien
I scheduled my interview with the owner of that Gap location. We went to the back stock room, where we sat down and he interviewed me with the basic questions, Why do you want to work here, what can you offer, how do you like your current job, etc. All was going well, and then he asked me how old I was. I was 17 at the time, so he said he couldn't hire me because I was not 18. "I was just about to say you're hired, but we can't hire under 18" he said he'd check with corporate because he really felt like I'd be an asset to his store. Within the week or two after I called three times and he wasn't there and he didn't ever call me back, so I figured I should just walk away and look for other places.

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
