The interview was straightforward and conversational. It lasted about 20–25 minutes and focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. The manager was friendly and explained day-to-day expectations clearly. They mainly wanted to understand how I approach customers, handle busy environments, and work with a team. Overall, it was relaxed and not intimidating.

Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes

It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
