The interview went smoothly, they were easy going, easy to talk. They explained briefly how the company works. They also explained the benefits of working at Gandara Center. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. At the end of the interview they give you an application package that one must fill and then send or email. The application includes the agreement for a background check.

It was easy and decent. They made usual questions. Not too complicated for somebody who works in the filed of mental health. It was scheduled with organization. They provided general information before to start interview process.
