Interviewer was helpful throughout, it went well, wasn’t selected for the further rounds due to difference in experience and what they were looking for.
I was asked a product design case along with details on projects that I have worked on.

The HR department contacted me after I was shortlisted and scheduled for the first round of interviews. When I asked what I would be assessed on, the HR representative simply read word-for-word from the job description, which was for a Rummy Culture app. She didn't mention any specific assessment parameters or criteria.
On the day of the interview, the interviewer presented me with two case studies, which went well. One was a metrics question, and the other involved a root cause analysis (RCA) problem.
Towards the end of the interview, I asked the interviewer a few questions. One was to clarify more about the role. He explained that the position was for a horizontal team in customer support that was building generative AI products. This description was completely different from the job description I had received.
As previous reviews have mentioned, their HR department seems to be poorly coordinated with the actual job requirements. After receiving a rejection email from HR, I called to ask for feedback. The HR representative said she would have to look into the feedback form and get back to me later. How could she have made the decision to reject me without knowing or reading the feedback?

3 big rounds. For the last one they called me all the way from North India to bangalore just for 1 day (on their expense though). It seems unnecessary because the type of attitude HR &leadership showed, could have been fulfilled online too. After all the rounds and positive feedback they ghosted despite continuous followups. No response black box on email/whatsapp. Highly incompetent HR who cant even confront a candidate to reject them. Its their 1 job and they cant do that too
