The interview took place in 3 stages.
Initial task, Technical interview and HR interview
Initial task was fairly simple, even too basic for the position.
Technical interview was mostly focused on the questions regarding knowledge of the technologies and programming languages required for the position. The difficulty of questions was in my opinion properly adjusted to the role. After the questions there was a more open discussion focused on the design for more comprehensive functionality to better understand the thought process behind providing a complex solution.
HR interview was similar to any other for IT position.
