I love the stonk but I hated the interview process. I interviewed here after the January meme stock craze (I invested heavily and wanted to help the company grow by working here).
Their process started with the typical Leetcode-style questions on a third-party site called Karat. That was already kind of weird, but ok. The questions were somewhere between easy and medium difficulty in terms of Leetcode. I finished three of them with suboptimal solutions but still passed easily.
The next stage involved just an hour of talking with the engineering manager. I didn't really have great questions prepared for him but I guess it went alright because he passed me on to the next stage - another chat with the Director of Web Product.
That stage went horribly. One of the first things she asked me was whether I have experience working with product teams. I've been in the tech industry for a decade and I've never heard the term "product team" before. After I was unable to answer that question, she started just giving hostile one-word replies until the call ended.
Shortly after, I got a one-liner rejection email from the recruiter.
Love the stock, hated the interview.

Okay could have been better needs a lot of preparation with difficulty level questions programming in more than two languages. Not recommended for light hearted programming professionals. Try harder everyday.

1st Round was with the Manager: This was a 30-minute interview
2nd Round was with the Manager and HR: This was one-hour behavioral interview
3rd Round was with the Regional Manager: This was one hour behavioural and communication.
