We started out the interview with the manager. He was a nice man and very relaxed. We sat down at a very informal location and began. This interview was about my skills. He asked question like "What do you know about a Xbox 360" and "What do you know about certain games" This interview was very laid back. He asked about my goals in life and in the company. What goals have I achieved so far. What are some goals I did not achieve. The second interview was with the Assistant Manager. This interview was also very laid back and had more interest in the selling point of view. He wanted to know some selling techniques and more about my personality. He asked such questions as "What is something you can add on to a Sale" and "What would you show a Customer if they came in looking for games for a 6 year old." This interview was a lot harder and needed to be thought out a little longer than the one before it. As for working for the company, its not as laid back. Everything is in a big rush. Things are usually put off until the last minute and it puts a lot of stress on the employees and the work environment. The people in this company are very nice and do a great job of training, although don't spend enough time doing so. The job itself is very stressful and very competitive. Seeing as this company gives so many chances to move up, the competition is through the roof.
