There was an on-line personality and IQ Test that had to be done on line when you initially apply for any position within this company. The company has people that are trained in Phone Interviews. They record your interview so that key decision makers within the organization can hear it and review it. During the phone interview, you are asked several questions and you are to say the first response that comes to your head. You are also asked to give examples for a lot of the questions that are asked.
