I scheduled a telephone screening interview that lasted about 45 minutes. I did receive the "life theme" interview questions which are basically straightforward - to the point it surprises you. It seems as though the interviewer expects you to answer it without hesitation. The answers are meant to be delivered in a simple and straightforward fashion - right off the bat. It tries to test how you think, how you perceive things, and evaluate your competence through your 5-second answers.

The interview process was good and structured, eventhough the initial interview was done over a video call, but it went well like a face to face interview. The hiring process was taking quite a while, but understandable as the background check had to be done via 3rd party.

The entire process took about a month. Took an online assessment, and then had about six online interviews before going into the office for a Microsoft Office skills assessment. After they got the results back on my test I finally had an in person interview. Once they offered me the position I had to submit for a background check and I was given the green light to start.

First a phone screen, then an interview over the phone, 30 minutes of rapid questioning. I expected in depth information about the position, what I received instead was a behavioral interview with some odd questions. I learned nothing about the position. Rather disappointing but considering they are Gallup it makes sense.
