      You must compile a list of questions from Glassdoor and prepare for the structured interviews. Don't lie about your personality, but know that they want confident, highly motivated, social individuals. Some things you should know: - They prefer to focus on strength and talent development-- so if they ask something like "Would you prefer to have one high-performing individual or two medium performers who are team players?" Always pick the strong talent. - They also ask a lot of questions about performance-based pay. You should believe in performance-based pay if you want to work there. - They have a very flat organizational structure. For example, they call their managers "go-to's." So you'll need to favor this type of organization and be extremely entrepreneurial. - I know someone who was not hired because he appeared to want to travel internationally for work and the job was domestic. They are all about "fit" there, so they thought he wouldn't be happy in a domestic job and didn't hire him. Make clear that you want the position you are applying for and that you want to be in that city (or you that you are OK with travel if that is what the position demands). A few challenging questions-- What does your ideal job look like? What industries do you want to work with? What does an ideal client engagement look like? Also they ask how much you expect to make from the very first interview, so make sure to research.

      I applied online and completed the talent assessment. A week later, I received an email saying they were excited to learn more about me, and provided a number I should call to set up an interview. Three days later--fully prepared, thanks to the information posted here--I spoke with an interviewer. Contrary to other comments on this site, the woman was friendly and animated, explaining the process completely--i.e. she could not interpret questions for me, although she would be happy to repeat them. The interview was intense. The questions were rapid-fire and sometimes ambiguous, which is the genius of the process. I had no time to think about what the "right"answer might be, had I been so inclined. It took approximately an hour, after which the interviewer explained that I would be contacted by a recruiter within three to five days, whether I would be moving on in the process or not. Three days later, I received a nicely worded rejection in line with their overall approach to strengths-based hiring. "Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an available role that would take full advantage of your strengths." I am extremely disappointed, because I have followed Gallup for years. I believe in their approach and I had hoped to be working with their models and tools--the very tools that eliminated me from consideration. Upon reflection, I have to agree that my honest answers to the questions did demonstrate that I wasn't a fit for that role. Now I believe even more in their process. Ironic, isn't it? My best advice is to be truthful and trust the process. It works.

      The interview was exactly like the comments provided. Thanks for all of the input! Rapid fire personality test like questions with follow up question to provide example. Quick paced interview. Flowed well but the interview was not like anything I have previously experienced. Without the feedback from Glassdoor, I would not have been adequately prepared. Thanks again.

      Within one week of applying, I got an email from them telling me to call their scheduling center to set up an interview. Earliest opening was a week later. I know a lot of previous reviews mentioned how robotic the whole phone interview was so I was mentally prepared but it was still very weird and uncomfortable. The interviewer sounded like a robot reading off a list of survey questions. The interview lasted about 30 min and most of the questions were yes or no questions with some asking for elaboration and some asking to rate yourself on a scale 1-5. There was no questions related to the actual position or you skills and the interviewer didn't answer any question about the actual position, she kept saying to save it for the hiring manager. Then 2 days later I got an email saying my profile didn't fit any of their current openings. Such a waste of time, felt like I was tricked into taking a survey.
