I began my application process after I received an e-mail from a Gallup recruiter inviting me to take the online assessment. The entire process consisted of 7 rounds - 1 online assessment, 2 telephonic rounds & 4 rounds of 1:1 video interviews with the hiring manager and other global stakeholders. The process took several weeks due to the number of rounds & busy schedules of the interviewers, however, each round was very thorough and the recruiting specialist/talent acquisition team was very transparent, approachable and polite throughout the entire process. I felt valued as a candidate and each interaction gave a lot of insight into the people-first nature of Gallup's culture. I'm extremely happy to have accepted the offer and I would recommend Gallup to anyone who's passionate about the work they do and the impact they make in the lives of people and in the performance of companies worldwide. The format of interviews and the questions asked vary from role to role. Mine included those assessing my personality, skills, etc., situational/scenario-based questions, questions on my profile and work experience, and so on.
The Interview process is overly long - a candidate has to go through multiply technical assessments and then after that, 3 rounds of interviews? Making candidates jump through too many hoops but treating them as disposable

the process was very straightforward, I was accompanied by Tony the whole time, I first met with him and then with the hiring manager for a second interview, finally I was asked to present before a panel and answer questions.

Prepare a presentation for a client explaining engagement
After completing the online tests, the interview process was relatively straightforward. Communication about the process was easy and clear, and the questions weren’t particularly difficult. Everyone whom I interviewed with was friendly and welcoming, even though I didn’t ultimately receive an offer.
