Applied online. Got initial phone interview where I was asked 30 questions where the interview couldn't say anything except repeating the question. The question were very specific to them finding the right fit such as, Are you honest, what do you like to do in your free time. Received second phone interview and was asked 80 questions that were very similar but more sales focused such as have you every closed a deal, how did you do that. After the second phone interview I realized how much the emphasis was being placed on sales background. Received an email 2 weeks later stating that have a position for my skill set. If you don't have much sales background forget about ever getting the job. Also keep in mind they ask a lot of weird behavioral questions.
