Hiring manager reached out to me via my information online but I initially declined because I had already accepted another position at another company. Was asked to please meet with them anyway & let them try to be competitive… we set up an interview for a few days later. I received an offer the next day that far exceeded the one I had already accepted in both benefits & compensation.
