Had a phone interview with the hiring manager for a role that I was semi interested in. The hiring manager spent more time talking "at me" and gave me little time to talk. He forgot that interviews are a two way street. I was turned off by the manager and was not interested after hearing more about the role itself. The IT leadership appears to be poor quality.

Was asked a series of questions based on my experiences. Most questions were based of the ability to provide good customer service. The interview was a group interview which 3 managers which was a bit intimidating, however they were kind and they didnt ask me awkward questions.
