It started with a phone interview and followed up with in-person interview with a 5 person interview panel. The in-person interview also contained a test, which was a bit odd. The processed moved fairly quickly.

I meet with the director first and then was called in for a panel interview. The panel consisted of 3 directors and the area president. The asked thoughtful questions and had good feedback.

They asked what I do to stay aware of changing requirements/changing legislation. They also asked me to talk about a time that I received negative feedback from a business leader.

Entretien
Contacted by a recruiter, discussed qualifications and resume passed on to the local Director. A week later a phone interview was set up with the director followed by an in person interview and finally a meeting with the team. The entire process took just over a month. Wonderful conversational type interviews all along.
