easy interview, got the job at the end of the interview. did not have to prepare much and interviewer was kind and welcoming. 15 minutes over zoom, straightforward and direct. did not need much thinking, questions were very basic.
We had to demonstrate a camp game or activity for 2 minutes. It is a group interview so you are with 4 or 5 other candidates. They participate in your game if you want them to.

Online group interview with 5-6 other potential candidates. We were asked to prepare a short activity (game, song, lesson) to share with the group as if we were at camp. Like much of the Galileo experience it felt a little bit like forced fun/put-upon silliness, but that's pretty common in summer camps.
