Very straightforward and realxed, asked questions regarding situations at camp, with about four to five questions total. I asked one or two questions. I was then offered the position during the interview.

Entretien
Interview involves games, activity planning, socializing and a casual interview with the camp director. Very casual and fun and lighthearted. There is a group interview and then the interview with just the director one on one

Asked about experience working with kids. Gave me scenarios and asked how I would deal with them. Asked me to sing a song at the very end. Took notes on the smallest things.
