It was chill, and felt like being part of a summer camp again. Half of it was one-on-one resume screen, and the other half was a group session to evaluate soft skills. It needed a little prep.

The interview was two parts. There was a video interview where they told you to describe your experiences and why you would be a good instructor. Then there is an individual as well as a group interview. There, they ask you basic questions about education and do some role playing for certain situations.

Great atmosphere, 1-1 interview about previous experiences, and small group scenario questions. A lot of funny games - the experience of a typical day at camp. We had to prepare a small introduction and one game/song/lesson.

It's a pretty straightforward process. You submit an online application with some general background info, and when/if they're interested you'll get an email regarding a phone interview. You setup the phone interview time, and they'll ask you some relevant questions. Then they'll call back (generally a few days later), and give you a response as to whether you're hired and (if hired) what position you got/pay/background/onboarding.
