Two part interview, there is a group interview where you play and demonstrate games. There is also an individual interview where it's a mixture of skill, past work, situational questions. Overall, it wasn't too difficult but I also made sure to practice and have lots of ideas about what to do and how to handle campers.

How would you deal with a child that isn't listening to what you have to say?
The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

How would you handle a child who didn’t want to participate?
Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!

Entretien
Not traditional interview with several candidates together, getting asked to pretend to prepare to present to young children some activities. Then each candidate presented their ideas of a fun activity. Some of the activities will be important and useful during actual camp.
