Entretien
There is the option to skype or meet in person for both an in-person and group interview. In-person interview is both 1 on 1 and a group interview. Prepare some activity to share and get ready to answer situational questions

How would you get the attention of a group of noisy kids?
The group interview was fun and not stressful at all! It was really cool to hear from other potential candidates. We all had a chance to answer questions and it became more of a discussion versus interview.

How would you handle a child who didn’t want to participate?
Group interview with 4 other people, and the hiring manager. Very friendly. Had each of us present a camp/ icebreaker activity that we came prepared with and a couple of behavioral questions. Got a response a couple of weeks after!

Entretien
Not traditional interview with several candidates together, getting asked to pretend to prepare to present to young children some activities. Then each candidate presented their ideas of a fun activity. Some of the activities will be important and useful during actual camp.
