Interview consisted of a preliminary phone screen followed by an in-person interview about two weeks later. Phone screen involved solving and answering basic controls engineering related questions. For the in-person interview, you are required to give a 20 minute presentation on a project you completed, and expect plenty of questions from the audience.

Consisted of a quick phone call to describe previous experience, followed by a phone technical interview. Final interview was an in person presention (with Q&A) then group interviews and an overview of the position and company.
