The interview went Smooth and average. I had 2 rounds. One is regarding the core background and another is from human resources round. Also they now take only PhD profiles for the post of assistant professor

Easy, nothing too difficult, they wanted to know about my previous experience in academics and my class management methods, interviewers followed a standard template. There was a panel with their set of questions.
