Internal recruiter is disorganized contacting me multiple times to set up an interview then double booked and was was 20 minutes late calling me. Initial phone catch up with recruiter was pleasant though once we finally connected. Interview with the hiring manager was online and also seemed a bit disjointed. Never heard back from them after the initial interview with the hiring manager. If this hiring process is a reflection of how the company runs, I wouldn’t want to work for an organisation like this.
