I spent over 2.5 hours in two interview rounds. The interviewers spoke as if I was already selected, raising my expectations. They promised to get back within a week but never did. I followed up by email — no response. Completely ghosted. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. Don’t raise false hopes during interviews if you can’t follow through. At the very least, have the decency to send a rejection email. Ignoring candidates after such long interviews is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s professionalism.
