A broken interview process that took too long and for their sake, they should improve upon this process. A real turn off!!!. Had about 5 interviews with them (including a phone interview and one with their consultant). The process started at the end of September/2016 and finally got an answer in mid-January of 2017.

Question 1
The questions were easy almost too easy. Was asked about one of those lame behavioral / brain teaser questions that bear no relevance to an individual ability to do the job. Other questions were more like strategic and planning.
