Really waste time. Rejected the work trial and was asked to give the company a chance by heading down to do a face to face interview instead. But ended up was told that CEO & CFO was out of office for a meeting, was offered video conferencing then ended up just phone interview. While on the phone with the CEO & CFO. Was insulted and called by the CFO 'NOT INTERESTED ATTITUDE AND WASTED THEIR PRECIOUS TIME'. Wow. Before i could even say anything, the CFO made it as thou i was damn desperate for the position being offered. Thru an interview you can see what kind of personality they are and whether if this is the kind of people you would wanna work for. Best part was, CFO scolded HR infront of me while being on the phone, conducting the phone interview . How professional can they be? Come on, at least show some respect to your own staff and not scold him infront of an outsider. To be honest, today, even if they were to offer the position to me, I'd definitely turn it down as working with such people is definitely digging my own graveyard . Thank god.
